› Medication Management Therapy
Suzanne Anthony Suzanne Anthony, RPh
Pharmacist and Patient Advocate

It is estimated that 1.5 million preventable adverse events due to medications occur each year with a corresponding cost of $177 billion. Many of those events could be prevented by better understanding of the medication and better communication between health care providers and the patient. Medication Therapy Management includes a one-on-one meeting to review all your prescription medications, as well as non-prescription, herbal, and dietary supplements.

How each medication works, the reason for its use, the timing of the dose, as well as any concerns you have will be discussed during your visit. Interactions between the medications will be examined and an action plan, as well as a personal medication list, will be generated for you.

Suzanne (Suzi) received her degree from the College of Pharmacy at Ferris State University. She has practiced in retail pharmacy for her entire career, including co-owning her own pharmacy, Fulton Pharmacy, for 20 years.
